Rarest by general consensus? A legendary. I've seen Lugia myself, but I'm sure more than just him are real.

As for me, I value the team I have and any additions I may make. They are all strong in their own ways, excelling in their own areas, and all are wonderful companions. I wouldn't trade them for the rarest Pokemon in the world.
